Once that is locked in, we sequence the trades in the right order — plumber and electrician first for any rough-in, then the joinery install, then the benchtop and final fit-off. We build it and hand it back clean. Because we organise and manage every trade, the on-site work is typically wrapped inside a tight schedule of around a three-week turnaround at the most, against a start date and finish date you have upfront.
