We are a family-run, licensed contractor based in Liverpool, working right across Sydney. Twelve years on the tools has taught us that most renovation stress comes from poor coordination — five contractors, no clear price, no one owning the schedule. We do it differently. One team covers every trade, you get a fixed price before we start, and a typical job is on site for about three weeks. Here is exactly how it runs.

Step 1 — Get in touch

Step 2 — Site visit and measure

We come to you. Look at the space. Ask the questions most contractors skip. We will tell you honestly if something will not work or if there is a better approach. No charge for the visit.

Step 3 — Fixed price quote

A proper written quote. Fixed price, line by line. No provisional sums hiding surprises. We explain every line and answer every question before you sign anything.

Step 4 — Design lock-in

Dimensions, finishes, hardware confirmed in writing. Everything locked before we order a single panel. Changes after lock-in cost money — we make sure you are certain before we proceed.

Step 5 — Production and scheduling

Your job enters the production schedule. Cabinetry manufactured, materials ordered, trades booked. You get a confirmed start date and expected completion date before we start.

Step 6 — Installation

Our team handles every trade — cabinetry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting. No coordinating five different contractors. You have one number to call.

Step 7 — Handover and follow-up

Walk-through with you. Every snag fixed before we leave. Call us any time after — we stand behind the work.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take from first call to finished job?

From your first call to handover, most jobs run four to eight weeks all up. The first one to two weeks covers the site visit, quote and design lock-in. Once finishes are confirmed we order materials and manufacture the cabinetry, which usually takes two to three weeks depending on the joinery. Installation on site is typically around three weeks for a standard kitchen or bathroom. Bigger multi-room renovations take longer. We give you a confirmed start date and an expected completion date in writing before we begin, so you are never guessing.

What if I change my mind about finishes mid-project?

Small changes are sometimes possible, but the honest answer is that changes after design lock-in usually cost money and time. That is exactly why we lock dimensions, finishes and hardware in writing before we order a single panel — to give you the chance to be certain first. If you do want to change something once production has started, we will tell you straight away what it means for the price and the schedule, in writing, before we action anything. No surprises on the final invoice.

Who do I contact if something needs attention after the job is done?
