The catch is that the internal walls are often load-bearing masonry, so opening one onto the living or dining area means putting in a proper steel beam to carry the load, which is more involved than removing a stud wall. We assess the wall and structure first, then quote it accurately so there are no surprises later. Many Five Dock homes also have that second back kitchen, and we can plan around keeping or removing it.
