Allambie Heights is an established, leafy pocket set back from the coast, full of solid brick and clad family homes from the 60s and 70s. These houses were built well but the kitchens and bathrooms are now well past their time, so most of what we do here is bringing the heart of the home up to date — opening up a closed-off kitchen, replacing tired wardrobes and rebuilding bathrooms that were never going to last forever.
